Exhibit Booth Information

Exhibitors will be provided with a 6-foot table and two chairs and will be located in Ellis Hall, where coffee breaks and meals will be served. Please provide your own table linen and signage to attract participants to your booth. If you need power for your booth, please get in touch with Mike Orr to check availability.

Exhibitor booth setup is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, and teardown is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, by 3:00 pm. There is another event in Ellis Hall beginning at 3:00 pm, so please tear down prior to that time.
