  • Breakfast on your own

  • 10:00 - 11:00 am — Coffee Reception & Networking at Cathedral in Dagwell Hall (Breakout conversations based on church/organization parameters of size, type, function)

  • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm — Opening Service & Welcome in Cathedral Nave

  • 12:00 - 1:00 pm — Lunch Buffet in Dagwell Hall

  • 1:00 - 2:15 pm — Workshops 1, 2, 3, 4 (Rooms 103, 107, Music Room, OoB Conf)

  • 2:30 - 3:45 pm — Workshops 5, 6, 7, 8 (Rooms 103, 107, Music Room, & OoB Conf)

  • 4:00 - 6:00 pm — Break back at your accommodations

  • 6:00 pm — Dinner and Reception at Mike Orr’s house, (Canon for Communications & Evangelism for the Episcopal Church in Colorado), 2.6 miles north of Saint John’s Cathedral.

  • 1:30 - 1:45 pm — Chaplain's Reflection; announcements

  • 2:00 - 3:15 pm – Workshops 13, 14, 15, 16 (Rooms 103, 107, Music Room, & OoB Conf

  • 3:15 - 3:45 pm — Snack break in Dagwell Hall

  • 3:45 - 5:00 pm — Workshops 17, 18, (19 & 20 repeated top workshops) (Rooms 103, 107, Music Room, & OoB Conf

  • Dinner on your own. Please coordinate with others on where you’d like to go and when!


    ** A photographer will be present to take professional headshots (optional, free) so that you have great new photos for your social media, work website, etc. A gift from Caffeinated Church!

  • Meow Wolf Adventure ($25) and Dinner in the evening for those staying in Denver. On your own, not included in conference fee.
