In our time together, we will explore common productivity pitfalls and time-wasters in church administration. We’ll talk about practical strategies and tools for optimizing our work, improving our productivity, and applying the principles of working smarter, not harder, to our work through developing an action plan for implementation.This Administrator’s Virtual Cafe will be facilitated by Canon Mike Orr, the Episcopal Church in Colorado.
