Peer LEADERSHIP Guidelines

At its core, Caffeinated Church encourages creative collaboration. From expert-led workshops to virtual community check-ins — and soon, in-person at the inaugural Caffeinated Church conference! — we rely on peer relationships to grow our capacities and careers and deepen the meaning of our ministry.

To that end, we’ve established guidelines to ensure that the organization's mission ("Our ministry is to support your ministry." ) continues to be at the heart of all peer-to-peer collaborations. Our hope is that these guidelines will help ground and build the Caffeinated Church community through shared understanding.

So, let’s get into it: Caffeinated Church’s Peer Leadership Guidelines are as follows. (Read the complete text here:.)
