Hospitality can encourage (or discourage) a newcomer to return to your church. A visitor's perspective can be a valuable tool for churches to seek out and embrace as part of a feedback process.

Consider inviting a friend of a friend to bring their family to church and offer to take them out for coffee or brunch after a service. Make sure they know that there is no expectation for them to return to your church again; you simply want a one-time, no-pressure, honest, and focused report of their experience to improve your hospitality as a church for newcomers.
