Peer Leadership Guidelines

It offers a variety of resources such as workshops, webinars, and articles to support church staff and volunteers in their ministry. Caffeinated Church encourages creative collaboration among church communities to foster growth through resource sharing and to explore the potential within their creative gifts inspired by their faith.

Implementation and Monitoring

To ensure the effectiveness of these guidelines, CaffeinatedChurch.org works to create a feedback loop where participants can regularly share their experiences and suggest improvements. Review meetings with leadership help to meet the ever-evolving needs of the community and ensure that the organization's mission continues to be at the heart of all peer-to-peer collaborations.
