Caffeinated Church Leadership

Caffeinated Church is a collaborative project between several dioceses: The Episcopal Church in Colorado, The Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta, The Episcopal Diocese of East Tennessee, & The Episcopal Diocese of Maryland.

Easton Davis

Easton Davis serves as the Canon for Communications and Digital Evangelism of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta. Prior, he served on Bishop's Staff as the Youth Missioner and got his start as a lay professional as the Director of Youth Ministries at St. Columba's in 2012.

He feels called to digital ministry and finds purpose in sharing the stories and Good News of The Episcopal Church in creative ways believing 'we must adapt to an everchanging world to bring the Gospel to people in real and relevant ways".

Carrie Graves

Carrie Graves was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She moved to Baltimore in 2018, answering a call as the Canon for Communications in the Diocese of Maryland, bringing her family with her. Before coming to Maryland she served as the Canon for Communications in the Diocese of Upper South Carolina and was a professional bookseller, bookstore owner and Episcopal bookseller before that. She also managed a psychotherapy, coaching and spiritual direction practice. In addition to all things communications and technology, Carrie is a passionate about spiritual formation, especially dream work and the Education for Ministry program. She is an EfM graduate and former mentor, as well as a certified (from the Haden Institute in NC) dream work leader. She loves being involved in racial reconciliation and justice, as well as ecumenical and interfaith, work in the Church.

Br. ANDREW MOREHEAD

Andrew is a first-year professed in The Ecumenical Order of Charity, a religious community whose members are called to be the living embodiment of three particular charisms: Charity, Availability, and Ecumenism.

In his off time, Andrew enjoys reading and studying in The Ecumenical Order of Charity. He enjoys working and gardening at his new home in Maryville. Andrew also volunteers at Tyson House Episcopal Lutheran Ministry on the campus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and at the Delaney Project in Knoxville.

He brings great energy and a passion for The Episcopal Church and is gifted in helping us tell the story of following Jesus in an Episcopal context in the 21st century.

Andrew grew up in Lyman, South Carolina and moved to Knoxville in 2010. He was confirmed at Church of the Ascension in 2013. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, in sacred music. He holds a master’s degree in music and organ performance from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is active in the American Guild of Organists (AGO), most recently serving as district convener of the State of Tennessee.

Mike Orr

Mike Orr serves as the Canon for Communications for the Episcopal Church in Colorado. Previously, he was the Director of Communications at Saint John’s Cathedral in Denver. He began his ministry in communications at Southeast Christian Church, a non-denominational church in the south suburbs of Denver.

In all areas of his ministry, he seeks opportunities to challenge “the way it’s always been done” by raising the level of creativity across all mediums of communication with the end result of relevant messaging and changed lives.
