Discussion Topic: Church Calendars, Copiers & Printing Equipment, & Welcome Cards
Join us to talk about a few different topics! For your church calendar, who is using what tools digitally and how are they shared online? Who keeps them up-to-date?! Anyone do a paper one? Do you have a publicly facing calendar and a staff calendar that are integrated, but have different permissions to view?
For your church copier or printers, let’s resource one another! Let’s talk about some best practices in negotiating a new contract, what things to look for in your service contract, and what pricing you have. With more knowledge comes more negotiating power!
Lastly we’ll talk about welcome/connection cards. Filling out a connection card is one of the first steps a visitor or newcomer will take to try to engage more fully with the church. What information do you collect on your cards? What is your process for where that information goes after? Who is responsible for what?
